  WordAds applications are approved automatically once your site reaches the required minimum traffic level, and your site is nowhere near that traffic level yet.

  Focus on building your site’s traffic, and once the traffic is high enough your application will be approved.

  You can also bypass this traffic requirement by upgrading to the Jetpack Premium or Professional plan.
