Thank you for your prompt response regarding the issue I faced while attempting to renew my domain and hosting plan for my website/blog.
I reached out to my bank (SBI) regarding the declined transaction, and they confirmed that my credit card is active and enabled for online and international transactions. According to their statement, the transaction might have been declined due to a temporary link failure. They suggested continuing to use the card and confirming the exact error message displayed if the problem persists.
To recap, the error displayed on your end is: “The card has been declined for an unknown reason.”
Given that both parties (WordPress and SBI) have indicated no specific issue from their end, I am unsure how to proceed. Could you kindly re-check the payment gateway on your side or suggest further steps to resolve this issue?
