Update / save / publish shortcut or key combination

    Hope you good people can help. Find it extremely inefficient to scroll down the page hunting for the ‘save’ / ‘publish’ button. Searched around and found plugins that are over two years old. Therefore I worry about compatibility.

    What I (and I suspect others too) would like is something as snappy as the way hitting F5 refreshes a page. It would be nice to save / publish pages efficiently without scrolling up and down.

    If any one has any ideas, or can point in the direction of a plugin that compatible, I would warmly appreciate it. Or might I even ask the good people at wordpress itself whether it might be possible to incorporate this into the system?
