    Hi Wordpres,
    I am trying to update my subscription. I need to add a new card. Each time I press
    — Keep my subscription — from an email sent from you it appears that I have no site at all.
    Please can you help me update.

    What is the address of the site where you’re trying to renew, and what upgrade are you trying to renew?
