Update the Zone Record for the Primary Domain thiagotenorio.com

I’ve tried to update the Zone Record for the domain thiagotenorio.com but it asked me to contact support. What can i do?

The zone record for thiagotenorio.com already exists, but I do see that the nameservers aren’t pointing to:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comhttp://who.wildwestdomains.com/WhoIs.aspx?prog_id=wildwestdomains&domain=thiagotenorio.com
After you update the name servers to point to us, can you give it some time before trying to add the domain once in Store -> Domains?
