Update to 5.1.1

unfortunately i guess upgraded to the 5.1.1 version and now my site will not come up. i think it’s messed up the theme. how do i get back to my previous setup. is that possible. i cannot pull up my site and that makes no sense at all. in the past i’ve updated and it works fine. what is the problem with 5.1.1. this is a business site and we’ve got to get it up and running asap. don’t understand why WP doesn’t provide more direct help to get such a matter resolved immediately. that is insane. what do i need to do to talk with a tech or someone at WP that can help me now. this greatly affects our business. if someone from WP sees this then tell me how to get you to fix this problem for me. we don’t have the luxury of waiting days or weeks, not even hours. thank you.
