Update to Commenting problem

With the new update to commenting, a few of my commenters have had problems logging in. They only have Gravatar accounts, but when they try to login through the WordPress button by the comments, the Gravatar login information does not work. I was wondering if there was some other setting that I am missing on my site, or if there is something else I need have my commenters do.

Timethief: You kindly redirected me to the right forums for my problem, but I have another problem: WordPress says my email is already registered and yet I can’t remember the user name I used when I registered last year. I’m stuck in the old conundrum: I can’t re-register using my own email! Any advice?
