update to prior blog post

  If I make an update to a prior blog, and press “update”, does that automatically translate into a “new post” for all users who are signed up to follow, and for facebook notification, which I have set to automatically post a message in conjuction with a new post? I want to be able to make small changes (from mistakes, etc) but not POST this blog – just have it stored in history…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, edits to previously published posts should not generate additional notifications to users who are following your site in the Reader or by email, nor should they generate new social-media posts through any services you’ve connected through the Sharing tools.
