Update to Pro Bundle

  How can I update my account to the Pro Bundle? The system tells me I cannot.

  Hi there,

  I’m not seeing anything immediate when I looked at your account which should be preventing you from purchasing the Pro Bundle.

  When you go in to purchase it, what does the error say, specifically? Also, let me verify which blog are you trying to purchase it for?

  There is a drop-down menu that states the account (Jefferson County Beer Party) is not eligible for this upgrade.

  Hi there!

  The problem here is that our system won’t let you have two of the same thing, and since you just purchased VideoPress and the Value Bundle comes with VideoPress, it is saying that you’re ineligible.

  If you would like, you can cancel the VideoPress and get a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the Bundle in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
