  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.

  I am not very good at internet speak, I wish to talk with someone at WordPress please, do you have a phone number. I used to be able to speak with them, but latest attempt ended up with a very rude man at WordPress.org.

  That is the site which I wish to be able to regain access to upload, edit as I have been doing for years until a few days ago. I’ve not uploaded or tried to onto the site since March 2020, as another took over my duties.

  As far as I know I’ve only used one email address eg (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  When took up christchurchrawdon.com editing, initially years ago, I believe I was using outlook to receive my email, but a few days ago it was changed to Google Chrome, as being a better bet!!
  When on outlook, and until very recently google chrome, I entered a long https: address to bring up christchurchrawdon.com with the edit feature, allowing uploading.

  You’ll need to log out of WordPress.com and log back in as christchurchrawdon to access https://christchurchrawdon.com/
