Hello! I have an older version of wordpress and there is no plugins option. I’d like to update but I’m not using any kind of server and there is no automatic update button. I’m using the free wordpress account version

For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.
