Update WordPress from 4.9.13 to 6.0.1

  Our site is currently on WordPress 4.9.13. There is a message in our account that says 6.0.1 is available, but when I attempt to update, it just does not do anything. Could you help to update WordPress to the latet?

  http://www.pacificpros.com uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
