Update wordpress from behind firewall

  We have wordpress hosted on our own server from within our company. The server sits behind a cisco firewall blocking any unnecessary traffic. Unfortunately this has prevented us from being able to update wordpress from the admin console. My question is, where can I find a list of ip addresses and ports that are used by this process so that I can create a rule in my firewall to allow this?

  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
