Update wordpress theme

    hello: My web has been hacked. Now it is cleaned but i have lost the configuration in my web.
    I want to have my last backup but for that Bluehost sent me the following message: ” it appears your wordpress theme theme1796 is outdated and since we updated the wordpress site to the latest version, they both could be conflicting. You will need to reupload a copy of the latest version for your theme. Let us know if this doesn’t correct the issue.”
    Could you help me please?? I have lost my username and password too.
