  What is the domain you need help with, please? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any domains with us.

  The free WordPress.com address, creatingpositivebehaviour.wordpress.com, cannot be pointed to other providers, as that is a subdomain of WordPress.com and can only be used here.
