Updated a new Jet pack and now my site is down

I updated my Jet Packs last Friday and now my website is down.
I have a notice that says “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”, but if I cannot get to my login page, how can I do this?

We’re not able to help with this, as we have no control over the admin login for your site.
Please log in using the admin credentials your hosting provider gave you when you first set up your WordPress site with them. If you no longer have those, please contact your hosting provider directly for help, or follow the instructions here:
