  Hi, I just made a new website with an yearly plan but my profile shows free plan and is asking me to update. PLZ HELP

  Hello there,

  Please let us know the site address that you created with a paid plan.

  Do you have another username created on WordPress.com that might have used for purchases on the paid plan? Try log out from thesimpleinsanity6 and login with that username.

  Anyway, I’ve added a modlook tag for Staff assistance.

  It looks like the payment is still pending at our payment processor. That’s why the upgrades haven’t been added to your account yet.
