Updated billing info is not paying for all items

Even after updating my billing info, I’m still getting overdue notices, including for my domain, which is currently deactivated until I figure this out. When I’m asked to manage my purchases, it says I have no WP site, but do I want to start a new one. No, I want to pay all the bills I already owe for the site I already have. I see no package deal to pay all these together, either. Please advise ASAP!
