Updated card details last week but old card still showing on

    Following an email reminder that my domain name would be auto-renewed, I updated my card details on November 28th to pay for domain mapping and got a receipt in my billing history to confirm this had been processed. The domain name status is: “This upgrade is currently being renewed.”

    However I got a notice via email today which said that my domain name is set to expire. If I received this message, does this mean that the auto-renew hasn’t worked? In the Manage Purchase section I’m still getting a message asking me to update my card details as my old card expired earlier this year even though I already added the new details last week. When I click on the Edit Card Details page, the fields are all greyed out and I can’t edit them.

    Please can you answer the following questions:
    1) Have my new card details been updated correctly to ensure the payment goes through correctly?
    2) If this hasn’t worked, can I still renew the domain name manually to ensure it won’t expire in early January?
