Updated Changes Aren’t Appearing on Website

  Greetings, WordPressers.

  I need some help. We’re having an issue with our website wherein updated changes from WordPress aren’t carrying over to the site itself. I am working in the block editor on WordPress Version 5.0.3. It bears mentioning that I only recently began making updates to the page after a previous web admin parted ways with the company. Point being, that digital specialist would probably know what the issue is, but she is no longer an available point of contact. I have cleared the cache and checked to make sure the updates are being applied in WordPress. Any other suggestions. This is extremely frustrating. I look forward to your thoughts.

  Hello,

  You are using the self-hosted version of WordPress hosted by Hostgator rather than WordPress.com.
  Please post your inquiries on the WordPress.org forum,
  and alternatively, contact your hosting provider (Hostgator) and ask them if they have backups of your website, so they can restore it to the working version.
