updated image not shown on post list and spacing disappears on editing page

    Hi I have 2 problems with my bog.
    1) I made a post today ‘Lazy Sheep Steal Sleep’ – after posting I changed the image. The new image is showing on the post but if I click on the title Blog to see the list of all posts the old image is shown – why hasn’t this updated?
    2) when I click on edit to update my home page all line spacing formatting disappears. I’ve been told it’s not an issue with the Theme – could you let me know what I need to do to stop this happening please.
