Updated my blog and then the whole thing deleted

  Hello, I have used WordPress for my assignment since September and update my blog atleast 4 times a week and have tons of writing on it, today I pressed update blog as I had more writing to save and it immediately went? There is no restore button and I’ve just lost about 8000 words. Please help mel?!?!??

  When you write a blog post, the posts are auto-saved every few seconds. Do you see any auto-saved versions of your post?

  I have sorted it now, I used google cache to restore my page. Thanks anyway!
