Updated new Version – Warnings Keep Coming – Tried to Contact You. S.O.S

  I have had my site for nearly four years and another one that is up and running. In Dec. 2016 I upgraded as advised…then the warnings kept coming in jargon with no advice….each warning is connected with a plug in on line….say 392 or 157 I have tried on MANY OCCASIONS to get help. Please help me.
