Updated plug-ins and now I can't access dashboard functions

  I updated some of my plug-ins yesterday. Now I can’t access any of the functions on my dashboard. It just keeps redirecting me to a page that says “this has already been updated” or something. How do I regain access to make changes to my plug-ins and template.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, @putmanryan. You are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
