Updated plug-ins and website now comes up with HTTP ERROR 500

We were making some changes to our website and it asked for some plug-in updates and we performed the updates and now we are getting the HTTP ERROR 500.

That would be regarding a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
