Updated plugins and now my site won't load

  I haven’t been on my site for a while so I logged in today and updated all the plugins. As soon as it said it had successfully updated everything I then tried to go back to my dashboard and now my site won’t load and a message saying:

  The http://www.changing-perspectives.consulting page isn’t working

  http://www.changing-perspectives.consulting is currently unable to handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500

  How do I fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your website http://www.changing-perspectives.consulting is not a WordPress.com website as plugins are not permitted here on WordPress.com

  If it is a WordPress.org self-hosted website, you will be able to find appropriate support on the WordPress.org support forums.
