updated plugins and themes and now i can't access site

so last week i updated the plugins and the theme of my site (
http://www.degrotehondboerboels.com) and now i can’t access it. it says server error 500. i can’t get to the dashboard or my admin login page (www.degrotehondboerboels.com/wordpress/wp-admin). i’m managing the site for someone else. i don’t really know much about code. i’ve spent the last hour and a half scouring forums trying to find something that will help, but i am completely lost. please help!! -
That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it, and we do not provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
