Updated plugins/theme removed website code

    I have recently updated several plugins and the main theme for a website, however, when they’ve been updated the whole CSS/PHP code that was used for the site has been removed. I’ve tried to revert versions of the site however that didn’t work and the site has lost all content. Any ideas how to fix it simply?
