Updated settings not appearing

  Hi I have made some changes to the settings of my blog ‘clinicalsupervisiontoolkit’ and they do not seem to be taking effect – I am on the free hosting if that is the issue. I have tried updating the pages and on various computers and browsers.

  I tried to change the banner, settings for discussion – “Comment author must fill out name and email” “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” – I changed these and nothing has happened on my site

  Okay thanks – but that is ridiculous – If I turm something off – I do not want users to see it and then complete the form for no reason – I have seen other sites without this – is this something you have to do with specific code?
