Updated site and posts aren’t showing up

  Hi all! I am cleaning up my site http://www.crockpotempire.com and made new categories and a new Main Menu. Made sure to add that new main menu to the theme. Now no posts are showing up even though I have assigned them to the correct new category. I have seen several other similar forum posts regarding this, but cannot seem to find an answer that helps my particular situation. Any help and insight would be greatly appreciated!
