Updated the theme on my page and now page is locked

  I updated my theme on wordpress dashboard. Now I have this error when I type in my website address. ALSO, I can’t log into my account!!! I created a new account to seek help.

  This is the error I receive when I type in my website into the browser. HELP! :)
