  Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please?

  The reason why I ask is because updating the username wouldn’t necessarily affect how a site functions, it would affect how a site is accessed however.

  Additionally, are you able to tell us the old username as this will help us to retrace some steps.
