updates are not posting

  I have updated my website, http://www.artsalivechicago.org for almost a year since it was hacked. None of the updates are visible to anyone but me. I have other WordPress websites, I know how to post, it seems that some key code has been altered. Even though I added a SEO component most search engines can’t find the site since it was hacked.
