Updates made to webpage only appears specific devices within specific browsers

    I’ve noticed when I make updates to my website, they are only reflected on some of my devices after click the Publish button. For example, my iPad and iPhone shows the updates when I refresh Safari and Chrome. However, on my MacBook and Desktop computers, the updates are not reflected after hitting the refresh button using the same browsers except for swapping Safari with Firefox on the desktop computer. On the devices where the browsers are not showing the updates, I did clear the browser cache, close the browser, and then reopen it, but the changes are still not being reflected. Why is this?
