Updates on site not visible

  I have had this issue before. I am an instructor. My students display their work on their blog. The work is visible for a while then at some point the images disappears. The blog that is not visible belongs to Kelly Renteria, kelrenteria.wordpress.com. I noticed that there are two blogs of the same name listed under her profile. The same thing had happened with the other student Marcel Reeves, old URL warawarakk.wordpress.com. He has reconstructed his site, new URL warawarakk2nd.com.
  Can you give me some guidance to prevent future episodes?
