updates sent to followers?

  Are updates I make to a page or post, or even re-editing, sent to those following my blog? I don’t want to be sent to them, how do I prevent it if the changes are automatically sent?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Currently, according to reports, all edits etc are sent as updates.
