Updating a plugin

    I need help updating a plugin that I have purchased a pro account for. I can’t find where I enter the API key.

    Hi there,

    We can’t help directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

    However, it sounds like your question is specific to a particular theme, and not a general WordPress question.

    There is not a central place in WordPress to add API keys so this is usually found on the settings page for the plugin itself. If you are having trouble finding it I would recommend reaching out to their support directly. Since you are a paying customer with them they should offer priority support in your case.
