Updating account settings

  I tried to update my email address in Account Settings but it wouldn’t accept it. I don’t know why! How can I do this? I don’t use the old email address anymore.

  Did you see a “there was a problem saving your changes” error message? If so, that is often caused by trying to use an email address which is already registered with WordPress.com. If that’s the case you need to choose a different email account to use or log into that other WordPress.com account and change the email so it becomes available again.
