Updating articles in my blog — they don't update!

I decided to update all the articles in my blog. I rewrote them in WORD, then pasted them into the website one by one. However, when I finished, I went to the website but the new versions of my blogs were not there, only the original versions.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please give us a direct link to one post, plus list the changes you made to that post which should be showing.
