Updating blavatar & gravatar

  I updated the blavatar & gravatar yesterday (identical images), but the old image I used is still showing up in favicon, Facebook Share, Twitter Summary Card, etc. WP online instructions say it may take several hours until the change takes place on the WordPress.com site, but it’s been a day now and nothing has happened. I’ve tried flushing my browser cache, with no result. What can be done to get these new images working?

  Hi there,

  I just checked your site, Twitter, sharing via Facebook, and Gravatar and they are all showing the same icon currently. Are you still experiencing the same problem or is it showing up OK for you now?

  I just compared the new image I uploaded with the current favicon, amightywp, and they are identical as they should be. I guess it just took a while for the wp.com cache to catch up. Thank you for your checkup.
