updating copyright on the website and transferring from http to https

  Hello! Can anyone tell me how to update the copyright on my WP site? And is there a simple way to migrate a WP site from http to https? Thank you!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi nutsin,

  Copyright
  You can use a Text Widget to add a copyright to your site if the theme allows.

  You can find this option in Customize > Widgets > Add a Widget > Text.

  Then, set the Title and content of your Copyright.

  HTTPS
  Also, you don’t need to migrate from HTTP to HTTPS.
  WordPress automatically installs SSL certificates from Let’s Encrypt on all WordPress.com sites.

  Thanks for the above. Even wordpress didn’t tell me re: http to https. Do you know how I can verify that all has been done?

  And re: the copyright, I’ll figure out that I think. thank you.

  The “blog I need help with” message is placed there automatically by WordPress.com and is the site associated with the account the OP is using. Often here in these forums you’ll find that people are posting via a WordPress.com account but actually need help with an unnamed site hosted elsewhere.

  @nutsin You’ll need to approach BlueHost regarding your SSL certificate rather than the WordPress.org support forum.

  Well I’m not sure you were wrong after all…re: copyright, can anyone tell me why updating it is a good idea?
  Wordpress can’t address any of the issues I needed help on, so I went to my hosting service and they were better. I thank you all for your help.
