You updated your credit card for a plan that had already expired, which is why it’s not working here.
However, the renewal attempts before renewal had reports from your bank that the transactions were declined. Before you do anything, you should reach out to your bank to see why the transactions were being declined before repurchasing the Business subscription from your account plans page:
