Updating Credit Card Details

    I am trying to update credit card details for an auto-renewal due soon and have followed the process as per the support page advice, but there is no history uploaded to the Purchases page of our account so I am unable to make the changes.

    The site jobboardsummit.com, and it’s connected upgrades don’t belong to the username account that you’re using to post here. The site and upgrades belong to a different username. You will need to log in as that username to be able to renew the upgrades.

    You should be able to see the other users on the site when you go to My Site ->People.
