Updating credit card information

  I received a notification that my credit card is expiring at the end of the month. I tried to update it but the button for adding a credit card is grayed out and does not seem to work – please assist. Thank you

  Hi there,

  In order to change your credit card information, you can go to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard, and there will be an “Update Credit Card link” that you can click to update your information. I do not see you set up for auto-renew, so you will need to add new credit card information anyway.
