Updating credit card information ok, renewing subscriptions doesn't work

  I updated my credit card information but when trying to renew subscriptions that have expired I get to a payment page with the possibility to pay with the credit card. After filling the credit card information to the payment form I get an error claiming “Invalid credit card type”. Also everything else is claimed to be “invalid”.

  Hi there,

  For some reason, it looks like the card you’re using is being declined. This could be happening for a variety of reasons including lack of funds, bank hold, etc. Can you try a different card to renew your Upgrades from your Upgrades page here?

  Hi there,

  Can you give it another try and see if you get the same error message? If so, can you try another card just to see if it’s a card issue or if the issue is with our checkout system?
