Updating dynamic links

I’ve deleted a post on my forum, however the posts in front of and behind the post I deleted still show the link at the bottom to the old post, how do I get WordPress to update the links to exclude the deleted post
https://habitatforheavyhearts.wordpress.com/2015/09/20/amaranthine/ – back post shows courtyard that has been deleted.
https://habitatforheavyhearts.wordpress.com/2015/09/15/70s-beach/ – shows courtyard as the next post on
Courtyard is a post that I have deleted so I want the blog to replicate this change automatically? Any advise would be great, thanks

Hi there,
The next/previous links are cached in our system. They should start directing to the correct links once your site’s cache updates. This happens automatically.
