Updating email address

    I just created a new WordPress account for my work and accidentally created it with the wrong email. I have tried to update to the correct email address several times so I can verify the account, but every time it says, “there was a problem saving your changes.”

    The problem saving your changes error is often caused by trying to use an email address which is already registered with WordPress.com. If that’s the case you need to choose a different email account to use.

    If you’re sure the email is not being used with a WordPress.com account, post the email address here (forum software will block it so only staff can read it) and add “modlook” to the tags for this thread. That will alert a staff member that you need assistance with this issue.
