updating email address

  Hi,
  I started a wordpress blog a number of years ago now paigedonner.wordpress.com – and I used a @yahoo email address to do so.
  I just tried to update that address to my paigedonner@ address last night and it wouldn’t let me. It said the address was already in use. But I don’t believe I am using it (I have two other wordpress accounts, each using a separate and different email address
  .

  There is a single email address that can be used on only one username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account. The blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account
