Updating email address still says pending for more than a week.

    I have updated the email for for my profile, because there is a change in management of the account. The current email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). The new email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). The change is still pending after more than a week even though the link sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) has been acted upon.

    This update also affects two paid services; VaultPress & Akismet. They will be covered by the new management associated with the (email visible only to moderators and staff). The new management attempted to update the credit card information over a week ago while trying to update the email but to no avail.

    This is important because I just received a Final Notice on Updating the Credit Card for VaultPress and the new management wishes to continue with the service.

    Please assist ASAP.

    I see that a request has been made but not confirmed. Did you confirm via the email link?

    Can you please try sending the email change request one more time?

    You can change your account email address from here:
    https://wordpress.com/settings/account/

    Please note that the change won’t take effect immediately as you will receive a validation email at the new email address. Make sure to click the link in the validation email to confirm the email address change.
