Since the switch to the new editor this weekend I am not able to update or post any new posts in any of my personal blogs. Can this be related to my account (email visible only to moderators and staff) and what could the problem be? Thank you for any pointers.

This is an issue we’ve been investigating for some time. To help us come up with the fix, could you please answer these questions?
- What is your browser version & operating system (you can copy the info from https://www.whatismybrowser.com/)
- When did you first notice the issue?
- Which method do you use for logging in? (password / social / magic link)
- Are you using VPN or proxy?
- Are you using an antivirus that blocks cookies?
- Were you using the Classic Editor from My Site>Site>Posts before the new Block Editor was introduced?
- Could you provide us with a screenshot showing any Console errors on your site? (In your browser: More tools > Developer Tools > Console) You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply.

It happened this weekend when wordpress switched to the new editor. I was using the classic editor for all my wordpress sites. I was logged in and I use the password method on my desktop, no VPN nor proxy, Sophos AV not blocking cookies.

Thank you so much for the info. Could you try clearing your browser’s cache and checking if that helped? If not, log out and log back into your account and let us know if the error is still there.
